Conventionss always seem to be prime occasions for getting sick beyond the dreaded "con crud". The panelists will discuss how to feel healthy at the con and how to stay healthy after the convention in two sections. The first discussion will cover recognizing and preventing dehydration (especially when fursuiting), preventing alcohol poisoning, and caffeine overload. Nutrition and the chemical content of common beverages will also be mentioned. The second discussion will cover the basics of nutrition and fitness, and how they impact common fandom problems such as weight-loss, sleeplessness, skin issues, and mood. During the course of these discussions you will learn simple and effective changes to help with these issues.
